Vivid Weathers is undoubtedly the largest and most popular weatherman for skyrim. It overhauls nearly every single weather condition in skim and creates brand new graphics for the environment. This mod was made by a guy called Mangaclub who also made the Tamriel Rebuild Mod which is also very popular. Vivid Weathers has been downloaded hundreds of times and has always been one of the most recommended mods for skyrim. The colors are extremely vivid and trees and plants look very real.
